My husband and I were craving Chinese food in a big way, but neither one of us wanted to make the 45 minute trek to our nearest P.F. Chang’s, so off to Pinterest I went to track down a copycat recipe for their General Tso Chicken … and I struck gold!
Mmmm, Bonefish Grill. Have you ever been before? And if so, have you ever tried their Bang Bang Shrimp? They are lifechangingly good. Only problem? I live in Canada and we don’t have Bonefish Grill here. So when I had a craving for their famous shrimp, I had to get creative. I certainly don’t put restrictions on delicious food, especially when it comes to this super tasty, incredibly yummy, delectably delicious Loaded Baked Potato Salad! I am not kidding, this is one of the best potato salads I have tried, let alone made.
